Museum Accessibility

All interior spaces of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art—including galleries, classrooms, meeting rooms, restaurant, Museum Store, Library, and lobby—will be fully wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant. The parking garage will offer ADA compliant parking.

Trail Accessibility

The Orchard Trail, from nearby Orchards Park to the main Museum entrance, is a wheelchair accessible hard-surface trail that meets ADA standards.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted Listening Devices will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for those participating in guided tours.

Motorized Mobility Devices

All ADA recognized mobility devices, including motorized chairs, motorized wheelchairs and ADA compliant mobility scooters, will be permitted in the Museum provided that the driver is capable of fully controlling the device without risk of damage to artwork or injury to Museum guests. Segways will not be permitted in the Museum.

Service Animals and Pets

ADA recognized service animals will be welcome in the Museum. Other leashed pets must remain outside the building, which includes Walker Landing, but will be welcome on Museum trails and grounds.
