Preschool Playdates
Preschool Playdates are monthly drop-in gallery activities just for children ages two to five, with a caregiver. A variety of theme-based and collection-inspired activities are offered, allowing you and your preschoolers to explore at your own pace. No tickets necessary. Sponsored by Procter & Gamble and Hershey's.

Family Sundays
Family Sundays will offer a host of programming options museum-wide, including live performances, family tours, art making, films and music. Activities are geared primarily for children ages 5 to 12 and their families.
Celebrating Art and Nature
Sunday, June 17, noon to 5 p.m.
Enjoy musical performances, art-making activities, a gallery challenge, and a child-friendly tour during this museum-wide afternoon for families. Most activities are geared toward children ages 5 to 12. No tickets are required.
Children's Classes & Workshops
These are hands-on, multi-visit classes and half-day workshops that will focus on techniques in the visual arts while making connections with the Museum's collection and exhibitions.
Exploring Landscapes
March 30, April 6, and April 13, 4:30 to 6 p.m.
Class for 6 to 9-year-olds
Discover the many ways artists have depicted the American landscape and create your own landscape paintings in this three-part class. Over the course of this three-day program, young artists will learn about works in the Crystal Bridges collection, and explore their own creativity in the studio.

Cut, Assemble, Glue: Collage for Kids
Saturday, April 21, 1 to 5 p.m.
Workshop for Youth (ages 10 to 13)
Collage is a medium with endless possibilities. Learn about American artists who have worked in collage, explore new techniques using lots of different materials, and create a work of focusing on YOU! Pre-registration is required. Register online and pay at the Museum half an hour prior to the beginning of the workshop.

Family resources are designed to inspire conversations and provide you and your family with creative ways of interacting and engaging with the artworks in the galleries.
Family Guides
These printed guides to the Museum collections and exhibitions are designed to lead families with children through the Museum, providing assistance in looking at art, creating meaningful connections and promoting thoughtful discussion. Family guides will be available at Guest Services and in Experience Art Studio.
Art Totes (Coming Soon!)
Art Totes are packed full of fun, hands-on activities for kids and adults to enjoy together during your visit. The activities are a great way to start conversations, find new ways of looking at artwork, and learn more about the art and artists in our collection. Check out an Art Tote from Guest Services or from Experience Art Studio and return them at the end of your visit.
