School Visit Program

School Tours

Thanks to a generous gift from the Willard and Pat Walker Charitable Foundation, K-12 school groups are able to visit Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art without the cost barriers associated with off-campus field trips.

This program will provide your school with reimbursements toward the costs associated with transportation and substitute teachers (up to $250)* for your visit to Crystal Bridges. The Museum will provide every school group with a tour, pre/post-visit curriculum, a healthy lunch, and a souvenir gift bag at no cost.

Your Museum visit experience will include:

  • Pre- and post-visit materials to use in the classroom
  • 60-minute guided tour by highly trained educators
  • 30-minute lunch provided by Eleven, the Museum's restaurant
  • 30-minute session in Experience Art Studio
  • Souvenir gift bag for students

We are currently not accepting unscheduled or self-guided school groups at this time.
